Description:
The PVC heat shrink film blowing unit made by us is finely designed in recent years after continuous improvements, and is a kind of special machine for high-quality PVC shrinkage (printing) films. With the technical features of rotary die, variable speed frequency control and auto thermostatic control, which make the product plasticizing fine, film thickness uniformity, transparency, smoothness, shrinkage, and other technical quality indicators are up to standard printing level (after adjustment formula or the production of PVC packaging of heat shrink film). The unit struchure advanced reasonable, manipulate easily, and is mainly consists of the following parts: extruder, rotary die, wind ring spinning, the first traction shaper, the second traction, heating water tanks, the third traction, double-station wing machine, electric control box for extruder and auxiliary electric control box.
